Transport

A FS400 system was installed on this concrete truck.

This is a lorry located in Malaysia. A FS50 was installed on this vehicle.

Marine

An FS4000 system was installed on this ferry. The challenge of this installation is that the engine and the system lies in the same plane. We had to find a suitable and correct position so that the oil is able to return to the oil sump through gravitational forces.

A steel stand was erected to fix the FS2000 higher than the oil sump so that the oil can flow back to the sump through gravity.

An GHH180PH system was installed on this ferry to filter and clean its hydralic steering system. The GHH180PH was left operating 24 hours everyday.

This GHH180PH system was installed on this tugboat to its propeller thrust tube. Due to the difficulty to connect directly as there is no connector on the thrust tube, the system was connected instead to a breeder tube to feed the oil and back to the oil sump.

This was a FS2000 system installed on a ferry.

2 FS4000 systems were installed on the ferry which they were connected together and operated concurrently to clean and filter the engine oil.

A lack of space provided a challenge to install the FS2000 on any structure. An improvised filter stand was created to mount and secure the filter and overcome the space issue.

2 FS400 systems was installed on this yacht which had 2 engines.

This photo demonstrated 2 FS4000 systems connected to the ferry's engine.

A total of 8 FS4000 systems was joined together in this custom-made application, which was working concurrently together to constantly filter and clean the engine oil. The engine oil sump was over 5000 litres. With our system in place, the number of hours that this tanker can remain operational without having to make an oil change was increased, giving the tanker substantial savings in money and downtime.

Industrial

This generator was located in Batam and an FS2000 system was installed.

A FS Oil Filtration System was specially customised for this cold forging machine.

A FS 400 system was installed on this generator.

A FS4000 system was installed on this generator which operated 24 hours everyday.

This is a GHH180H mobile system used to clean a reservior drum of lubrication oil. You can see the filtration results on the top right, where the bottle on the left is before filtration while the bottle on the right is after filtration. The results were achieved after one hour of filtration.

An FS2000 system was installed on this generator.
