Mounting the FS bracket and FS canister

1)Source for a location to mount the FS canister. Use pre-existing holes if available or you may wish to design a third party bracket to mount the FS systems.

2) Loosely assemble both clamps to their brackets with the 10 X 30mm bolts, M8 nuts and 10mm washers. Ensure the washers are inserted onto both sides of the bolts and nuts.

3) Slip the FS unit into the brackets. Tighten the locknuts to secure the unit into a position where the sight glass will have the most clearance.

CAUTION! Do not over-tighten the clamp brackets. Doing so will distort the FS canister and create an oil leak between the canister lip and the gasket.

4) Align the oil return hole on the canister in the right direction necessary for the return hose to lead on to the sump with the least obstruction. Tighten all nuts and bolts securely. This completes the FS bracket installation.
